Options for three missing front teeth
« on: September 03, 2012, 07:20:59 PM »
Hi,
I lost one of my top front teeth 30 years ago and had a three tooth bridge installed which has lasted until last year. My dentist tried to replace it with another 3 tooth bridge but one of the posts wouldn't come out - the options he suggested were dental implants, a five tooth bridge or a three tooth denture which I chose to go for as the cheapest option. Unfortunately I've been suffering discomfort and embarrassment as it has been very insecure so I would like to go for private treatment for something more permanent. I have heard from a friend about something called a maryland bridge and was wondering if this might be appropriate for my situation? Any advice and ideas much appreciated :)
