Just follow the signs ... its WELL marked. 1st Floor. Walk outside, you'll see the taxi que ... get inline, tell them where your going, get in cab. It's not pre-paid ... they run on mileage. 50 baht fee for airport taxi (payable to driver) and express tolls if you choose to use them (70 Baht total - 2 tolls)
